KAFD - Cluster CP04 Construction Completion Works

At DAH Constructions, we are executing the Cluster CP04 Construction Completion Works at the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) with a focus on precision engineering, advanced project management protocols, and adherence to stringent compliance standards. Scope of Work: Structural Integration and Rectification: Conducting detailed assessments of existing structural elements, including reinforced concrete and steel assemblies, to identify deviations from design intent. Execution of corrective measures such as rebar enhancements, post-tensioning adjustments, and concrete surface refinements to achieve structural stability and alignment with specified tolerances. Architectural and Interior Finishes: Installation of high-specification finishes, including stone cladding, aluminum composite panels, and bespoke façade treatments. Application of advanced coating systems for thermal insulation, weather resistance, and aesthetic uniformity. MEP Systems Installation and Testing: Completion of mechanical systems, including HVAC ductwork, piping, and plant-room commissioning. Electrical installations encompassing medium-voltage cabling, switchgear setups, and lighting control systems conforming to IEC and NFPA standards. Plumbing and drainage networks finalization with hydrostatic pressure testing and compliance with local water authority codes. Compliance and Commissioning: Verification of life safety systems, including fire suppression systems, fire alarm networks, and emergency egress pathways per NFPA 101 and local civil defense regulations. Conducting comprehensive commissioning protocols using BIM-integrated testing tools to validate system functionality and achieve LEED certification requirements where applicable. Integrated Project Management: Deployment of 4D BIM models to synchronize construction sequences with project timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation and risk mitigation. Regular coordination meetings with stakeholders and consultants to facilitate real-time decision-making and adherence to the approved design and execution plan. Technical Deliverables: Updated as-built drawings reflecting completed modifications and installations. Comprehensive testing and commissioning reports for structural, architectural, and MEP systems. Final QA/QC documentation package, including material submittals, inspection reports, and conformity certifications.
