MiSK Schools Campus Development The MiSK Schools Campus is a flagship educational project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, designed to set a benchmark for world-class learning environments. Built on an expansive 285,000m² plot, the campus borders Wadi Hanifa to the east and the primary boulevard of MiSK City to the north. This state-of-the-art facility will cater to students from Kindergarten to Grade 12, offering exceptional academic, sports, and recreational facilities that reflect MiSK’s vision for transformative education. Construction Overview The project’s construction is phased to ensure optimal delivery and functionality: Phase 1 – Cold Shell & Fit-Out Works Completion of the Kindergarten, Junior Sports Facilities, and Multi-Use Games Areas (MUGA). Execution of external works, including: Infrastructure installations such as utilities and services connections. Landscaping to enhance the campus environment. Phase 2 – Facility Expansion and Core Infrastructure New Construction: Lower Primary School, Service Yard Plants, Central Kitchen, Guard House, and Facility Management (FM) Buildings with full fit-out and MEP works. Cold Shell Construction: Structures for the remaining buildings to be completed in later phases. Sports Facilities and External Works: Construction of External Sports Pitches, Grandstands, infrastructure networks, external development, and advanced landscaping. Phase 3 (Separate Contract) – Advanced Fit-Out and Finalization Completion of fit-out and MEP works for key facilities, including: Administrative Buildings Main Sports Facilities Upper Primary, Middle, and Senior Schools Key Features World-Class Facilities: Designed to foster innovative learning, athletic development, and community engagement. Sustainability and Infrastructure: Integration of cutting-edge infrastructure and environmentally sustainable practices across the campus. Phase-Based Delivery: Ensures seamless integration of completed sections while minimizing operational disruptions. Technical Objectives Deliver cold shell construction, fit-out works, and MEP integration with precision and adherence to international standards.
