Key components include: Architectural Design: Iconic structures that integrate traditional Islamic design elements with contemporary aesthetics. Infrastructure Development: Seamless integration with the larger MASAR urban development, including roads, pedestrian pathways, and public utilities. MEP Systems: Advanced mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems ensuring operational efficiency and sustainability. Landscaping: Comprehensive external works to create serene, functional outdoor spaces for visitors and residents.
